Competition Entry
Management

Welight regularly shares art competition opportunities with students and families. However, we understand that busy parents may miss emails, deadlines or entry requirements. This optional program allows Welight to help manage suitable art competition entries on your child's behalf. 

What We Do:

• identify suitable art competitions;

• check basic eligibility requirements;

• select suitable completed artworks;

• discuss the artwork with the student and help develop a clear, age-appropriate artist statement;

• prepare and submit standard online entry forms;

• upload artwork images and information;

• forward important competition updates and results to parents.

Program Fee

• $59 per student, per school term

• Includes up to 3 standard competition submissions each term.​

Additional Costs

Competition entry fees charged by external competition organisers are not included in the program fee.

• Welight may pay organiser entry fees of up to $20 per competition without contacting parents first.

• If a competition requires significant additional administration, such as artwork delivery or collection, framing, packaging, printing, or other special arrangements, we’ll contact you for approval before any extra fee is charged.

How Entries Are Selected

Competitions are submitted only when:

• The student is eligible

• A suitable completed artwork is available

• Required information has been provided

• There is enough time before the deadline

Please note​

• Students must be aged 5 or above to enrol in this program.

• Competition organisers make all judging and selection decisions.

• Entry does not guarantee acceptance, finalist selection, exhibition, publication, or awards.

• Competition organisers may display, photograph, publish, or promote submitted artworks in accordance with their own competition terms.
