3 Welight Students Win Awards at the 2025 The Young Paddo Prize — Celebrating Australia’s Young Landscape Artists

We are thrilled to announce that three talented students from Welight Art School have won awards in the prestigious 2025 The Young Paddo Prize. This annual event showcases 20 of the nation’s most promising young artists, with each finalist presenting an A4 painting on paper inspired by the Australian landscape.

The Young Paddo Prize celebrates fresh perspectives and creative interpretations of Australia’s natural beauty, encouraging young artists to explore both traditional and contemporary approaches.
