This July, Welight Art Space invites children to explore, create, and imagine through two exciting weeks of art, design, crafts, and hands-on creative activities!
 
From Manga illustration and robot building to fantasy gardens, stained glass painting, jewellery making, and mini book design, every day is packed with inspiring artistic adventures designed to spark creativity and confidence.
 
Our holiday camp encourages children to:

Mon 6 July (Full Day)
🎌 Make Your Own Manga Character Bookmark
Create your own original Manga-inspired character bookmark while learning illustration and character design techniques.
 
Tue & Wed 7–8 July (Two-Day Special Program)
📚 Mini Picture Book & Merchandise Design
Design and create a mini picture book and turn your ideas into your very own merchandise collection.
 
Thur 9 July
🤖 Morning: Design and Build a Robot – Trinklets and Gadgets
Invent and build your own imaginative robot creations.
🌟 Afternoon: Paint Your Robot – Glow in the Dark Canvas Painting
Bring your robot designs to life using glow-in-the-dark paint on canvas.
 
Fri 10 July
🎭 Morning: Imaginative Surrealist Face – Canvas Painting
Explore surrealism and create expressive fantasy portraits on canvas.
🧡 Afternoon: Paint Your Pokémon on Stained Glass
Paint your favourite Pokémon characters on colourful stained glass panels.

🌀 Dynamic Manga Art – Mini Spinning Wheel
Combine Manga art with moving spinning wheel creations for a fun interactive artwork experience.
 
Tue 14 July (Full Day | Ages 5–12)
🦜 Wildlife Art Competition Preparation Camp
Develop drawing and painting skills while preparing artwork inspired by wildlife and nature themes.
 
Wed 15 July
🌿 Morning: DIY Fantasy Garden – Pipe Cleaners 
Build your own magical miniature fantasy garden using mixed sculptural materials.
🐭 Afternoon: Felt & Clay – Create Tiny Creatures
Create adorable miniature creatures using felt and clay techniques.
 
Thur 16 July
🖼 Morning: 3D Pen Sculptural Bonsai
Students will use colourful 3D printing pens to design and build their own miniature bonsai sculptures, learning creative construction techniques while exploring shape, texture, and imaginative spatial design.
🍰 Afternoon: Make Your Own Desserts – Decoden Cream Workshop
Design colourful fake dessert decorations using popular Decoden cream techniques.
 
Fri 17 July
🎐 Morning: Scenic Window Classical Style – Painting on Canvas
Inspired by traditional Asian window scenery and classical garden aesthetics, students will create an elegant canvas painting featuring beautiful landscapes, decorative window frames, and peaceful nature elements while exploring composition, colour harmony, and brush painting techniques.
💎 Afternoon: Shrink Plastic Charm & Bead Jewellery Studio
Create your own charms, accessories, and handmade jewellery designs.
