A Creative Spring Holiday Experience for Young Artists
 
This September–October school holiday, Welight Art Space invites young artists to explore a fun mix of painting, Manga, crafts, jewellery, sculpture and creative design.
Each day offers a different hands-on project, giving children the opportunity to experiment with new materials, develop creative skills and take home artworks they are proud of.

🎨 Northern Beaches Outdoor Painting & Treasure Rock Hunt
A creative outdoor art adventure combining painting, observation and nature-inspired discovery.
 
Tuesday 29 September — Full Day
🏮 3D Chinese Paper Lantern with Your Manga Character
Design an original Manga character and transform it into a colourful three-dimensional paper lantern.
 
Wednesday 30 September
🌊 Morning: Ocean Jewellery Box Decoration
Decorate a beautiful ocean-inspired jewellery box using mixed decorative materials.
💎 Afternoon: Handmade Artistic Jewellery
Design and create your own wearable jewellery pieces.
 
Thursday 1 October
💐 Morning: DIY Pipe Cleaner Flower Bouquet
Create a colourful handmade flower bouquet using sculptural craft techniques.
🪞 Afternoon: Botanical Mixed Media Sculptural Mirror Design
Combine botanical elements and mixed media to create a unique decorative mirror.
 
Friday 2 October — Full Day
🚀 Cinematic Sci-Fi Conceptual Art — Painting on Canvas
Create an imaginative cinematic science-fiction scene while exploring composition, atmosphere and visual storytelling.

Friday 9 October
🍰 Morning: Cake Painting on Canvas with Decoden Cream
Create a colourful cake-inspired canvas artwork finished with playful Decoden-style decoration.
🌙 Afternoon: Moon Lamp Painting with Designing Clay Decoration
Paint and customise your own moon lamp with sculptural clay details.
