Art in the Streets! 4 Welight Students Selected for Willoughby City Council Festive Flag Competition

We are absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news from our holiday workshops! Artworks created by four of our talented students during their school holiday classes were selected by Willoughby City Council to be printed onto real street banners!
Their vibrant, celebratory designs will fly high along the main streets of Chatswood for two whole months throughout December and January!
About the Competition
The Willoughby City Council Festive Flag Competition invites young local artists to design artwork celebrating festive occasions and summer celebrations across December and January.
Winning designs are professionally produced as street banners to bring color, culture, and community spirit to the heart of Chatswood.
From festive summer road trips to spectacular celebratory fireworks and cultural icons, our students brought incredible imagination and energy to their A3 flag designs.
